This means, under the Building Safety Act, construction can begin on the development at Plymouth Grove.
The development is targeted for completion in 2028.
Plymouth Grove is being funded through the Far East UK Student Accommodation Development Fund, the real estate investment firm’s dedicated PBSA strategy.
